Contract

 

A binding contract will come into force between us at the time we send out our confirmation email.

If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Thom Azur Travel as soon as possible to travel@thomazurtravel.eu.

Booking Confirmation and Confirmation Vouchers

 

Either Thom Azur Travel or our agent in will issue a voucher for each booking segment. You must present your booking confirmation details to the relevant supplier (see detail on voucher) upon arrival as they are proof of pre-payment. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct.

Accommodation and activities will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. Where the details on the confirmation are not correct, you should contact us prior to travel at travel@thomazurtravel.eu.

Your confirmation voucher(s) and invoice relating to your booking will be sent to the email address which you give us at the time of booking. You must ensure that this is a correct and valid email address. It is your responsibility to print out your voucher(s) and present it to the supplier(s) on arrival at your destination. You will either be provided with a voucher per product you book or a joint voucher.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK ALL DETAILS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION VOUCHER BEFORE LEAVING FOR YOUR BREAK. IF THERE ARE ANY INACCURACIES OR YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUERY PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

Due to different rules and legislation in the countries, the exact Terms and Condition will be mentioned on the booking. Though you will find the separate described Terms and Condition for our major destinations:

 

 

 

Changes by You

 

Please send an email with all your enquires to travel@thomazurtravel.eu.

 

 

 

How about insurance?

 

If you wish to make a change to your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will endeavour to make the change, but this is subject to availability. Where the change is possible, you will be asked to pay an administration fee of 20€ per person per change* and you will also be responsible for any charges imposed by suppliers of your arrangements as a result of the change. Thom Azur Travel reserves the right not to make changes 7 days or less prior to travel.

 

*Please check with your bookings for other information of the change fee cost.

 

 

 

Cancellation by You

 

If you cancel your booking, there will be cancellation charges*.

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking, the person who made the booking must advise Thom Azur Travel by e-mail: travel@thomazurtravel.eu.

Thom Azur Travel will refund the following amounts, based upon the date on which notification is received by Thom Azur Travel. This the general pay refund scheme which come in force if there is not separate scheme for the booked country:

 

  • More than 55 days prior to departure - 100%
  • 55 - 42 days prior to departure - 50%
  • 41 - 29 days prior to departure - 30%
  • 28 - 22 days prior to departure - 20%
  • 21 - 01 days prior to departure - 0%
  • Within 24 hours of departure and after commencement of the holiday - 0%
