How do I use the site?

You can use our web page in 2 ways:

On the top menu of our webpage you find Destinations: Here you find all product we offer for the chosen country. When you have found what you wanted and wish to proceed to book it, then please check our How to Book page.

Hotels in most of the countries in the world can be booked via our hotel search engines: Booking.com and DHR.com. For both Bookings.com and DHR.com you pay directly on the corresponding site. A payment and booking confirmation is then sent directly to your email. When using Sky Scanner for flights searching and booking, payment is affected directly on the airline’s website. A payment and booking confirmation will be sent directly to your email..

How do I book?

Please check our “How to book” page. You can book all our products and get help and information by sending an email to travel@thomazurtravel.eu. You can also use our hotel and flight search engines for instant bookings. Your can pay with most credit cards on these search engines sites.

How do I pay?

For all bookings made via Thom Azur Travel, then we offer PayPal and Bank transfer options. You can read more about this in the “How to Pay” section. For bookings made through one of our search engines, then payment is done using a Debit or Credit Card.

How do I find your Terms & Conditions?

Please go to the “General Terms & Conditions” Page which you find in the menu in the bottom of the page Please note that there will also be a page for Terms and condition under those countries where the terms and condition differ from the General Terms and Conditions. For bookings via our Hotel and Flight search engines, then, the Terms and Conditions will be stated on the respective sites.

How about insurance?

At the moment we do not offer any travel insurances though if in doubt contact us and we will advice you. Never travel without proper travel insurance.
